Therefore, this paper can be used as an ethical reference guide for SMEs. As far as SMEs are concerned, they have to be economically sustainable to remain alive. They need to always be aware of the surrounding ethical situations and to be constantly prepared to manage any ethical issue that may arise. As a result, SMEs must have an adequate management system and a set of ethical codes that can be used to deal with any ethical issue that may occur. We found that there are some codes and principles that can be used by SMEs in order to deal with these issues.
