If i can give my exemple: NeDi is really good but you sometimes need to have some network presentation that could be done with graphic in yEd or other tools. NeDi2GraphML does a good job at doing that. Anyway, it is actually a tool to debug the NeDi files (load, export, import, manipulate…). So i saw that yEd is integrated in NeDi, there is no reference on your website about that… It is also important to have a good integration between Visual Studio and yEd.
